* Position Summary:

** This Senior Analyst position supports financial planning & analysis within CVS Health’s Pharmacy Benefits Management segment (PBM). This role is a part of the PBM’s Network/Retail Finance team, and will partner with other PBM finance teams, to support the modernization and improved accuracy of the team’s budgeting & forecasting practices.

This position is open to remote & hybrid employees. The team is based out of the Northbrook, IL office, & is generally in office one day a week for team members within a reasonably commutable distance. This is

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Conducting variance analysis to support the improvement efforts of the team’s budgeting & forecasting processes
* Working with analysts to support these efforts within the Network team
* Providing analysis & valuation of changes that effect the team’s P&L
* Supporting executive management with the data necessary to make critical business decisions
* Working cross-functionally with the finance & technology teams to help support modeling efforts
* Maintaining ad hoc requests and projects
*
* Required Qualifications:

*** 2+ years of experience working in finance, preferably in an FP&A function
* 2+ years of experience with Excel
* 2+ years of financial modeling experience
*
* Preferred Qualifications:

*** Variance analysis experience at a granular level
* Financial planning & analysis experience (budgeting, forecasting, reporting, month end close, etc.)
* Experience at a healthcare company
* Familiarity with Tableau, SQL, SAP
* Experience learning new technologies
* Excellent written & verbal communication skills
*
* Education:

*** Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business, or other quantitatively oriented fields from an accredited four year college or university required

** Pay Range
** The typical pay range for this role is:$46,988.00 - $This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
