Senior Analyst, FP&A – Specialty Pharmacy/Wellpartner
Join CVS Health as a Senior Analyst, FP&A within its Health Services Segment, reporting to the Senior Manager, FP&A. You will support financial planning and reporting for the Wellpartner 340B business unit through month‑end variance analysis, budget and forecast modeling, and data‑driven insights that impact strategic decision making.
Responsibilities- Maintain and update SQL databases and Excel reports.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial packages presented to senior leaders.
- Develop margin analyses, projections, reports, and presentations on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, ensuring data accuracy.
- Identify trends and developments in competitive environments and prepare findings for senior leaders.
- Carry out ad‑hoc financial modeling and analysis of projects of varying nature and complexity.
- Act as subject‑matter expert for 340B for FP&A.
- Minimum of 3 years relevant FP&A experience.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.
- Advanced SQL skills and ability to connect data across multiple sources.
- Attention to detail and curiosity.
- Experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industries.
- Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a fast‑paced organization under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with tools such as Alteryx, Dataiku, SAP S4, Hyperion, Essbase, Anaplan.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.

Pay Range$46,988.00 – $ per year (base salary). Eligibility for bonus, commission or short‑term incentive program.
