Northbrook Montessori School is seeking a 0-3 certified Montessori Lead Educator for our Infant and Toddler Community Programs (9 weeks-36 mos) who is dedicated to the care and educational needs of children, has excellent interpersonal skills and can effectively collaborate with students, parents and staff to create a collegial classroom environment.
Our ideal candidate will support the school's mission; to foster an enrichining and challening educational environment where each child is encouraged to grow to their fullest academic, emotional and social potential. Through the dynamic partnership of child, parent and educator in the school and home, a consistent Montessori framework for learning is developed, thus educating the full human capacity.
Ideally, we would like our Lead Educator to have experience as a head teacher at the 0-3 level. A bachelor's degree is required, in addition to being Montessori 0-3 certified by a MACTE-accredited Montessori training program - but most of all we are looking for someone who is as passionate about Montessori as we are!
