We are seeking a motivated Architectural Drafter / unlicensed Architectural Designer with 1–3 years of professional experience to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an emerging professional with strong Revit skills who is eager to grow beyond production work and gain meaningful exposure to design development, project coordination, and the full architectural process.

This position offers a clear growth path, hands-on mentorship, and experience across a variety of project types. Candidates interested in pursuing architectural licensure in the future are strongly encouraged to apply.

• Produce high-quality construction documents in Revit under the guidance of senior staff.
• Develop and modify Revit models based on redlines, markups, and design direction

• Assist with sheet setup, annotations, detailing, and document coordination
  .
• Support design development tasks and contribute to evolving design solutions.
• Coordinate consultant backgrounds and linked files.
• Participate in site visits, field documentation, and construction-related tasks as appropriate.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and partners in a team-based studio environment.
• Gain exposure to projects from schematic design through construction

• 1–3 years of professional architectural experience (U.S. experience preferred).
• Degree in Architecture or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Strong proficiency in Revit with the ability to work independently within established office standards.
• Experience setting up and working within Revit project files, sheets, and models.
• AutoCAD experience is a bonus, but not required.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) preferred.
• Experience with or interest in rendering tools (Enscape, Lumion, or similar) preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
• Interest in long-term professional growth and potential pursuit of licensure.

• Hybrid schedule: 4 days in-office, 1 day remote.
• Full-time position only.
• Candidates must be commutable to the Northbrook office
  ; relocation or fully remote arrangements are not available for this role.
