• Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing architectural strategies that align with business objectives

• Comprehensive understanding of emerging technologies, industry trends, and their potential impact on the enterprise

• Proficiency in various software development methodologies, including Agile and Dev Ops, and the ability to apply them to project needs

• Extensive knowledge of cloud computing, IT infrastructure, and cybersecurity principles, with the ability to design secure and scalable architectures

• Ability to architect and document complex solutions that integrate diverse systems and technologies

• Proficiency in multiple programming languages and the ability to guide development teams in technology selection

• Deep understanding of the enterprise's business strategy and operations, with the ability to align architecture with business goals

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex architectural concepts

• 12+ years of experience in software engineering or equivalent technical field, with a track record of leading significant initiatives

• 7+ years of architecture experience, with experience in a leadership role

• 5+ years in management roles overseeing engineering or architecture teams

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
