We opened the agency in 2002 after building a long career with State Farm that began in 1990, including time as an Agency Field Specialist. That experience gave us a strong foundation in the industry and a true appreciation for what it takes to build an office that supports both customers and team members the right way. Outside of the office, we’re proud owners of three dachshunds, and we’re always up for a good puzzle — we love anything that keeps our minds busy.

As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jennifer Warren - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. • Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Compensation $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
