UL Solutions’ Software & Advisory (S&A) services help customers reduce complexity, ensure compliance, improve quality and operational performance, and drive sustainability.
This role will work within the Revenue Operations team to help identify, expose, and analyze data trends. Our Revenue Operations team has done a great job to standardize our reporting in 2025, helping evolve our Software Sales organization as a whole. In 2026, our goal is to now provide actionable data insights that the sales team can leverage to identify and close opportunities.
Global& Strategic Accounts (G&SA)
The Global & Strategic Accounts (G&SA) team partners closely with UL’s most significant global customers and internal business units to deliver exceptional customer experience and drive enterprise-level growth. The team leads and supports account excellence by developing long-term strategic plans, strengthening senior-level relationships, and ensuring seamless coordination across UL Solutions.
G&SA relies extensively on deep customer insights, market research, and data‑driven analysis to understand emerging customer needs, industry trends, and where UL can create differentiated value. Through this continuous analysis and research, we monitor key performance indicators and assess the overall health of the G&SA customer portfolio, enabling informed decision‑making, proactive risk management, and targeted strategies that support sustainable growth.
Business TransformationThe TIC (Testing, Inspection & Certification) Business Transformation team works in partnership with all UL Solutions' COUs and enterprise functions to provide a better customer and employee experience and implement digital strategy for TIC to lead the industry. The team leads and supports process improvement across the segment, to simplify the processes, improve efficiency using Lean Six Sigma tools, and implement automation while fostering the culture of continuous improvement.
We provide visibility with KPIs to monitor the health of the operations and enable the right decision making and improve profitability. We enable the execution of last mile of all the enterprise digital initiatives, improving the usability of the current digital platforms working closely with the Innovation and Technology team. The team leads and supports strategic projects across the enterprise and work streams to bring alpha operating models to life.
- Work with large, complex datasets from multiple enterprise systems to support analytics
- Perform data analysis to identify customer trends and insights using internal and external data sources
- Assist in cleaning, structuring, and standardizing engineering and product‑related data (including identifying key engineering terms and attributes from structured and unstructured sources)
- Support the development of dashboards, KPI reporting, and data summaries for leadership decision‑making
- Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking to identify industry trends, digital capabilities, and best practices
