Job Title:
Invoice/Accounts Payable Specialist
Location:Northbrook, IL (onsite 3x per week, hybrid)
Duration:12-month contract with rolling extensions
Pay Rate:$20-25/hr
Start Date:ASAP
Qualifications:- 3+ years of experience working with and correcting purchase orders
- 1-2+ years of experience with accounting or accounts payable operations
- Strong attention to detail
- Advance in MS Suite
Description:
Insight Global is looking to hire an AP/Invoice Specialist for one of their reputable manufacturing clients in the Northbrook area. This individual will be responsible for identifying, correcting, and resolving Purchase Order (PO) errors that impact invoice processing and payment, including 2‑way vs 3‑way match discrepancies, incorrect or mixed PO numbers, and other accounts payable related exceptions.
