Our client, a financially strong and rapidly growing organization, is seeking a Staff Accountant to join their corporate accounting team! This role offers visibility, hands-on experience, and the ability for a Staff Accountant to truly make the role their own.

Salary: $80K – $90K

• Prepare and research balance sheet variances

• Assist with financial statements and internal reporting

• Maintain accounting schedules and documentation

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams

• Assist with audits and provide required support

• Participate in special projects and enhancements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

• 1.5–2 years industry experience (strong 1–1.5 yrs considered)

• Experience with reconciliations, fixed assets, and month-end

• Manufacturing experience preferred; open to most except nonprofit

• Not seeking straight public background

• Strong Excel and ERP skills (Net Suite a plus)

• Proactive, curious, and communicative Staff Accountant who digs in and takes initiative
