• Manage month-end close, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
• Support internal and external audit requests.
• Assist with process improvement and implementation of new accounting procedures.
• Partner cross-functionally with FP&A, operations, and other departments.
• Maintain and ensure compliance with accounting policies and controls.
• Support leadership with ad hoc financial projects and reporting.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA preferred (or in progress).
• 3–6 years of accounting experience, ideally in corporate or public accounting.
• Strong Excel and ERP system skills (Net Suite or SAP a plus).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented and proactive professional who thrives in a team-focused environment.
