Rental Warehouse Associate

The Rental Warehouse Associate role is responsible for inspecting all incoming and outgoing rental tradeshow exhibit crates/cases/pallets and carpets to ensure contents are correct and in working order and performing inventory control and other material handling duties as required.

• Attend rental project launch meetings as needed to ensure up to date with needs of the project and operational requirements
• Operate the forklift to transport crates and exhibit materials in warehouse
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment at all times
• Prepare rental exhibit crate contents prior to shipment to ensure correct and fully functioning components
• Inspect incoming shipments to determine condition and return to appropriate storage locations
• Perform minor repairs and clean exhibit properties and crates as needed based on inspections
• Ensure compliance with standard work procedures and quality standards
• Complete all necessary computerized inventory control functions
• Direct warehouse associates when helping in rental department
• Other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent certification required
• Prior experience with exhibits
• Previous experience in the tradeshow industry preferred
• Basic computer skills (Email, MS Office)
• Ability to frequently lift up to 80 pounds
  
  Previous experience operating a forklift is preferred
• High attention to detail
• Mechanical aptitude
• Strong working knowledge of safety requirements and safe working practices
