People & Culture Intern

Support Revo Fitness’s growth through an internship in People & Culture, Marketing, Legal, or Property with hands‑on experience and mentorship.

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Contribute to real projects in People & Safety, Marketing (Creative or Content & Events), Legal, or Property & Leasing departments.
• Engage in the full employment lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement (People & Safety).
• Collaborate with industry specialists and contribute to a dynamic, national fitness brand.

The company is looking for:

• Currently enrolled university student in penultimate or final year studying Human Resources or a relevant degree requiring a structured internship for academic credit.
• Team player who is collaborative, curious, and eager to learn.
• Excellent organisation, communication, and attention to detail.
• Confident user of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Passion for health, fitness, and community impact (a bonus).
