Are you a seasoned CNC Machinist looking to bring your expertise to a dynamic and results-driven environment? We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our team. In this role, you will program, set-up, operate, and maintain CNC machines, including mills and vertical lathes, to produce high-precision metal parts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program, set-up, and operate CNC Milling and Lathe machines to create parts as per design specifications.
  • Utilize CNC controls (Haas, Fanuc) with Master Cam software for programming.
  • Select appropriate tools and set-up for efficient production.
  • Adjust machine settings to ensure the precision and accuracy of parts.
  • Monitor cutting processes and make real-time adjustments to maintain quality.
  • Conduct detailed inspections of components to ensure they meet specifications.
  • Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve any design or operational challenges.
  • Assemble finished products according to blueprint guidelines.
  • Adhere strictly to safety protocols and procedures.
Qualifications:
  • Completion of CNC training at a vocational school level or higher.
  • Over 8 years of experience operating CNC mills and lathes.
  • At least 5 years of experience with Haas and Fanuc controls.
  • Proficient in programming using Master Cam.
  • Skilled in using precision measurement tools such as Micrometers, Vernier Calipers, and CMMs.
  • Strong understanding of M and G codes.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.
  • Capability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T.
Working Conditions:
  • Able to lift up to 60 lbs.
  • Work in environments with normal machining conditions, including dust and varying temperatures.
  • Stand for extended periods, exceeding 6 hours.
  • Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
  • Follow detailed instructions in English.
