Sales Specialist - Cooling Solutions (Based in the Midland area)
We are looking for a customer‑focused sales specialist to join Panasonic Heating & Cooling Solutions Europe in the Midlands. This role offers meaningful work, growth opportunities, and the chance to help businesses move to energy‑efficient heating and cooling solutions.
What You Will Be Doing- Manage and develop customers, focusing on installers, house builders, wholesalers and distributors in accordance with the sales strategy to achieve the business plan.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating with internal and external partners.
- Support the process and provide information, as well as suggestions for improvement on sales forecasting, sales mix and sales budget.
- Develop new customers, accounts and projects in alignment with the business plan for the assigned sales area.
- Propose and execute all necessary activities to achieve sales targets with internal and external partners.
- Collaborate closely with the spec team and KA team to ensure their specifications are sold successfully.
- Provide regular market information (product/price/channel/projects) to management and create corresponding reports as requested.
- Achieve KPI’s and targets defined by the company (e.g., CAC sales, Pro Partners development, KA Development, Spec‑in Sale).
- HVAC Experience
:
Worked in the industry selling heat pumps, air conditioning units or similar products. - UK Market Knowledge
:
Good understanding of the UK HVAC market, key players and regulations. - B2B Sales Skills
:
Ability to build strong relationships with installers, contractors, distributors, M&E contractors and house builders. - Technical Know‑How
:
Understanding of HVAC products and how they are used. - Commercial Skills
:
Spot opportunities, negotiate deals and grow sales. - Planning & Analysis
:
Use proven methods to plan and solve problems. - Regulatory Awareness
:
Knowledge of how laws and regulations affect the business. - Strong Communication
:
Excellent at influencing and negotiating. - Experience
: 3–5 years in a similar role; B2B business development experience is a plus. - Proactive Attitude

Self‑motivated and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
