Now hiring Mental Health Clinicians in the North Bay Area. This role will provide various services, including (not limited to) life coaching, counseling, assessment, care planning, and referrals. Wage is based on experience.

Qualifications- Minimum SSW (Or Other Equivalent Education)
- Registration with respective College (example: OCSWSSW, CRPO, RSSW Or CNO)
- Ability to work remotely (If applicable)
- Knowledge of various Acts (MHA, PHIPPA, Health Care Consent Act)
- Knowledge of DSM5
- Valid Drivers license and insurance
- Reliable vehicle
- Successful Vulnerable Sector Check within the last 6 months

- Provide life coaching, counseling, assessment, care planning, and referrals.
- Support clients in managing emotional, social, and mental health needs.
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams, community agencies, and family members to coordinate services.
- Maintain accurate documentation while adhering to confidentiality and ethical standards.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and active listening abilities.
- Able to travel locally to meet with clients in various settings.
- Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing in English.
- Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing in French is an asset.
