Canadian Shield Health Care Services is in search of outgoing, kind and ambitious Occupation Therapy Assistant/ Physical Therapy Assistant (OTA/PTA) to provide clients in our service areas, with a superior level of care. • PTA/OTA diploma or Kinesiology degree preferred
• With previous experience working with a clinic and community setting is an advantage.
• Personal, friendly demeanor with excellent relationship-building skills
• Knowledge using social media platforms such as Instagram for marketing purposes is a definite asset.
• New Graduates are welcome to apply.

• Assisting physiotherapists with client care; including the use of ultrasound equipment, exercise programs etc.
• Administrative duties, as required
• Work cooperatively with clients to set and achieve functional goals
• Collecting outcome measure data
• Maintenance and cleaning/sterilization of medical equipment
• Inventory of clinical supplies
