Le candidat idéal aura au moins trois ans d'expérience et un certificat en gériatrie ou un domaine connexe. Ce rôle exige des compétences en communication, en résolution de problèmes, et la maîtrise de Microsoft Office.
Le travail se fait sur site et nécessite d'interagir avec des clients dans des contextes sensibles.
