• Asphalt laboratory testing to match current LS Manual, OPSS, and ASTM requirements - Marshall Method and Superpave Method, in mainly a central lab environment and occasionally in a mobile lab environment.
• Receiving and properly recording all field samples for testing and/or holding.
• Data entry using basic software.
• Communicate results effectively with client and Englobe supervisor.
• Maintain proper record of field test results for review and subsequent submissions.
• Apply and promote Englobe’s health and safety rules.

• Technical Diploma in a field related to Civil Engineering or Geotechnical Engineering;
• Experience in Asphalt Laboratory and testing is mandatory;
• Soil and Aggregate testing an asset but not mandatory;
• More than 2 years of experience in construction/highway materials sampling and testing;
• CSA, CCIL or ACI certification (asset);
• Ability to handle samples up to 25kg of materials regularly;
• Receiving and properly recording all field samples for testing and/or holding;
• Data entry using basic software;
• Communicate results effectively with client and Englobe supervisor;
• Apply and promote Englobe’s health and safety rules. Demonstrated interest and sensitivity towards occupational health and safety.

The salary range for this position is 47,934$ to 62,913$ CAD base per annum, based on the responsibilities of the role, internal equity, and current market benchmarks. The final offer will be determined based on a combination of factors, including the candidate’s skills, experience and qualifications, their positioning within our internal compensation structure, and relevant geographic cost‑of‑living considerations, where applicable. This range represents a realistic and good‑faith estimate of the compensation we expect to offer for this role.

Compensation may also include a comprehensive benefits package, performance incentives, or bonus eligibility depending on role level and business unit. We aim to foster transparency, respect candidate time and ensure equitable compensation aligned with our company values.
