1 year to less than 2 years Tasks - Coordinate the activities of the HR department in order to ensure they meet the organization's goals
- Coordinate the flow of information within the team
- Direct and control daily operations
- Evaluate daily operations
- Open and distribute mail and other materials
- Plan and organize daily operations
- Establish and implement policies and procedures
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Manage contracts
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Answer electronic enquiries
- Oversee development of communication strategies
- Compile data, statistics and other information
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures
- Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
- Provide customer service Employment terms options
- Morning Support for persons with disabilities
- Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports persons with disabilities Support for newcomers and refugees
- Supports social and labour market integration of newcomers and/or refugees (for example: facilitating access to community resources, language training, skills training, etc.) Support for youths
- Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for youth Support for Veterans
- Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for Veterans Support for Indigenous people

- Provides staff with awareness training to create a welcoming work environment for mature workers Supports for visible minorities
