Supply Chain / Intl. Trade, Operations Manager, Stocking
Key Responsibilities
- Cycle Counting – Conduct regular cycle counts to verify stock accuracy and identify discrepancies
- Stock Investigations – Investigate stock variances, report findings, and assist in implementing corrective actions
- Stock Adjustments – Update stock records and ensure all adjustments are accurately recorded in Calidus
- Audit Support – Assist in stock audits and compliance checks to maintain inventory integrity
- Data Entry & Reporting – Accurately enter stock data and generate inventory reports
- Stakeholder Collaboration – Work closely with warehouse teams and stock compliance teams to resolve stock issues
- Continuous Improvement – Identify potential improvements in stock control processes and contribute to efficiency gains
- Warehouse Support – Carry out other warehouse duties as required to support operational needs as requested by Management
- Strong proficiency in Google Suite (Google Sheets, Docs, Slides)
- Basic training in inventory management or stock control
- Experience in a warehouse, inventory control, or stock management role
- Experience working with data entry
- Strong attention to detail to ensure stock accuracy
- Basic analytical and problem-solving skills to investigate stock discrepancies
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and stock movement procedures
