Warehouse Operative

Location: Crick

Great Opportunity to work as a Warehouse Operative for our client- A leading logistics company.

Staffline is recruiting for Warehouse Operatives based in Crick, Northampton.

This is a full-time role working fixed shifts, the hours of work are:
- 6am to 2pm
- 2pm to 10pm
- 10pm to 6am

The rate of pay is
- AM + PM £12.26 per hour
- Nights £13.56 per hour

Overtime is available and is paid at:
- AM + PM £15.33 per hour
- Nights £16.95 per hour

This is an ongoing role in a clean warehouse environment!

Your Time at Work

Warehouse Operatives will perform within a team, handling customer merchandise following the site procedures, and meeting the agreed productivity and accuracy levels. Other duties include:

- Working as part of an operational team within the warehouse, this will be achieved by using the site's best practices and procedures.
- Following the site's Health and Safety policy to create a safe working environment.

Our Perfect Worker

Our ideal Warehouse Operative will be reliable and hard-working. You will work quickly and accurately, following instructions and procedures on-site and communicating effectively with other team members.

Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential as full training is provided.
