Warehouse Operative

Great opportunity to work as a Warehouse Operative for our client, which is the world's leading logistics provider.

Staffline is recruiting for Warehouse Operatives in Northampton.

The rate of pay is:
- Days £12.60 per hour
- Nights £15.12 per hour

Overtime is available and is paid at:
- Days £16.76 per hour
- Nights £19.28 per hour

This is an ongoing role with the opportunity for temp to perm for successful candidates!

This is a full-time role working days or nights on 4 on 4 off shift pattern. The hours of work are:
- 6am to 6pm
- 6pm to 6am

You must have LLOP experience to apply for this role.

Your Time at Work

As a Warehouse Operative, your duties include:

- Unloading Lorries and deliveries
- Sorting stock into cages or pallets
- Picking items for distribution to stores
- Loading cages or pallets
- Some MHE operation may be required but will be agreed upon and trained by DHL

Please be aware that it will be job based in warehouse so you will need to wear mandatory PPE which is safety boots and hi vis vest.

Our Perfect Worker

Our perfect Warehouse Operative will be motivated, passionate, have an eye for detail and be good at following processes.

All the candidates must have a good English knowledge.

You must be able to work on your feet for long periods of time and move products that may required which involves bending, stretching, stooping, stepping, reaching and lifting.

You must have LLOP experience to apply for this role.
