Record all training accurately in the database and maintain safe systems of work and risk assessments. Work with UK departments to ensure consistent Health & Safety standards. Deliver internal Health & Safety training, support inductions, and carry out MHE and competency assessments. Follow processes efficiently to meet customer requirements and take responsibility for inbound and outbound freight, ensuring safe storage of goods in line with all legal and company policies.

• Safe loading and unloading of vehicles
• Accurately check and verify all load documentation
• Label goods and transport them to designated storage areas
• Work collaboratively with team members to support daily operations
• Maintain high housekeeping standards and ensure MHE (Material Handling Equipment) is kept clean and serviceable
• Carry out handballing and de‑topping of goods as required
• Use scanning systems to accurately record and track pallet movements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience operating a reach truck (D2 licence)
