We are currently seeking a dynamic and driven Community Manager to join our vibrant team. If you are a natural leader with a passion for empowering communities, thrive in dynamic environments, and excel at making a real difference, this is the role for you.

As a Community Manager, you will lead and develop our specialist advocates delivering contracts in these areas. Your responsibilities will include working closely with vulnerable adults, often with profound and multiple needs; ensuring clients' voices are heard and they are involved in decisions affecting their lives; fostering strong partnerships with colleagues, clients, and professionals to provide high‑quality support and guidance; handling sensitive information, demonstrating inspiring leadership, and managing time effectively.

Part‑time: 33.3 hours per week between Monday to Friday 9am‑5pm.

Home based with travel around North and West Northampton and the surrounding area. Applicants must have a full driver’s licence and access to their own transport.

Starting Salary £29,156.40 (full‑time salary equivalent £32,396.00 per annum).

Permanent.

• Proven experience in advocacy, information, and advice within health, social care, secure, or voluntary settings.
• Strong leadership and time management skills.
• Computer literacy.
• Ability to work independently and confidently on behalf of others.
• Full driver’s licence with access to own transport (travel expenses covered).

• 25 days annual leave + bank holiday (rising to 30 days after 5 years’ service) with the option to buy or sell up to 5 days of leave and your birthday off as an additional holiday after 1 year of service.
