We’relooking for people based in Leeds, Oxford and Northampton
who know their local communities and love connecting people through conversation,creativity and shared experiences.

Responsibilities

Building relationships with community groups
Helping new audiences feel welcome in theatre
Shaping engagement and tailored comms around bold, contemporary touring productions

🗓April 2026 – early 2028

💼 Freelance | £150 per day

⏰ Flexible time commitment across three years
