A welcoming college in Northamptonshire is looking for a Safeguarding & Wellbeing Officer to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. You'll play a vital role in managing safeguarding cases, offering guidance, and signposting to students, and ensuring wellbeing is at the heart of everything the college does. Role Details:Salary: £25,110 - £27,400 per annumLocation: NorthamptonshireContract: Full Time, Permanent? What You'll Need:- GCSE Maths & English (Grade C or above) or equivalent- A safeguarding qualification (or willingness to work towards one)- Experience in a similar role (desirable)- Background working with young people and vulnerable adults
- Ability to handle confidential information sensitively
- Knowledge of support systems and agencies for young people
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
