Vehicle Technician

We are currently seeking a skilled Mechanic to join our team in Servicing, maintaining and repairing vehicles. Your role as a vehicle technician / mechanic is essential in helping us deliver an outstanding customer experience for our growing business.

Your main responsibilities will include diagnosing, maintaining, servicing and repairing a variety of different vehicles to the highest standards.

• Conduct routine maintenance on vehicles
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues with engines, timing belts & chains, brakes, steering and other vehicle systems
• Perform vehicle inspections to identify potential problems and recommend necessary repairs
• Use hand and power tools effectively to complete repairs and maintenance tasks
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Maintain accurate records of work undertaken

• Qualified at level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent, with a minimum of 3 years experience
• Alternatively qualified at level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent, with a minimum of 3 years experience
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools
• Strong mechanical knowledge
• Must hold a clean Full UK driving license
• Certification in automotive technology is a plus
• Openness to training to become a MOT tester after successful probation
