Senior Refrigeration Engineer

Arcus FM are hiring an experienced Refrigeration Engineer to join our growing team, servicing a range of multi-site retail clients.

• Competitive Salary - Up to £49,767 per annum (depending on experience)
• Company van and fuel card - with personal use available from day one
• Full door-to-door pay - earn from the moment you leave home
• 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays
• Enhanced overtime rates for additional earnings - All overtime is paid as time and a half (Earn an average of £12,000 extra per year)
• Annual bonus (up to 4%) - subject to performance

You’ll be on the road, keeping our clients supermarket refrigeration systems running smoothly across your patch, carrying out high-quality diagnostics, maintenance, servicing and repairs - all while delivering outstanding customer service.

This is a hands‑on, mobile role where no two days are the same.

Essential:

• Valid UK driver’s licence
• Refrigeration engineering experience
• F‑Gas certification (C&G 2079)
• Excellent communication and time management
• A strong work ethic, with Health & Safety awareness

Desirable:

• CO₂ qualification
• Supermarket refrigeration experience

Additional info:

• The role will involve working 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday
• On‑call rota: 1 in every 4 weeks
