We are currently recruiting experienced door supervisors to work at a variety of venues in the Northampton area. If you have a strong background in venue security and a customer-focused approach, we’d be pleased to have you on board.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure safety and security of patrons at venue entrances.
- Monitor crowd control and manage incidents with professionalism.
- Relevant experience as a door supervisor, especially in hospitality or event venues.
- A valid SIA license is essential.
- Strong communication skills and a professional attitude.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
