EVHC Specialist

Wollaston Motors is looking for an EVHC Specialist.

Wollaston Motors is looking for a highly organised, commercially aware and customer-focused EVHC Specialist to join our Aftersales team. This is a pivotal role within the department, ensuring our customers receive clear, honest, and professional advice while maximising every opportunity identified through our Vehicle Health Check (VHC) process. Salary: £32,653 Basic + £6,347 OTE Bonus (£39,000 OTE).

You will manage and control the VHC diary, ensuring it is well organised and forward planned. Where work is declined or not yet due, you will proactively forward-book customers using the CBS calculator, keeping future opportunities secured. Repairs over 12 AWS must be approved before contacting customers, and where work is not sold, you will work closely with the Service Advisor team to enable a second face conversation.

Clear communication will be key. You will maintain regular dialogue with Advisors regarding each vehicle’s status, costs and progress, while also reporting weekly VHC performance to the team. Above all, you will play a vital role in ensuring we maintain consistently high levels of customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will be responsible for pricing every vehicle health check in line with our structured “Traffic Light” process, with a strong focus on converting identified “red work” while always working within Best Advice guidelines. This role requires a balanced approach — someone who is sales-driven yet committed to transparency and long-term customer trust.

This position would suit someone with previous automotive Aftersales experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with structure and process, and takes pride in delivering the very best advice to customers.
