Business Development Executive

Salary & Benefits: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum + Bonus (OTE £35,000). Working hours Monday - Friday, 9:00‑5:30. 20 days holiday, bank holidays and paid Christmas shutdown.

Our client is an innovative B2B marketing company seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to join their close‑knit team. This role offers strong career development with internal progression opportunities and focuses on quality appointments rather than sheer volume.

• Manage a range of diverse client accounts, including fulfilment and delivery of appointments.
• Communicate regularly with clients, providing briefings on diary details and status.
• Maintain effective diary and administrative management, utilising Microsoft Word, Excel and, ideally, Act! CRM.
• Generate quality appointments through outbound prospecting/telemarketing calls.
• Gather market information and identify sales leads and prospect needs.
• Build relationships with potential new customers and create a pipeline of leads for conversion to client meetings.
• Act as the direct point of contact for clients and, when required, attend face‑to‑face meetings.
• Develop and adapt campaigns to meet client requirements.
• Use Linked In and other online platforms for research and lead generation.
• Maintain accurate account administration and CRM database entries.

Transport:
You must have your own vehicle, as the business location is not serviced by public transport but is easily commutable from Northampton, Rushden, or Wellingborough.
