Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Northampton. The Business Development Executive will focus on driving business growth by generating and nurturing leads, developing new business opportunities, managing accounts, maintaining client relationships, and communicating effectively with stakeholders at management and executive levels.
Qualifications- Experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation is not essential
- Skills in Business and Account Management and advantage
- Excellent Communication and relationship-building skills
- Proactive attitude and ability to thrive in a target-driven environment
- Proficiency with CRM tools and a working knowledge of B2B practices
