As a Junior Broker, you will play a key role in converting outbound and inbound enquiries into tailored funding solutions for business clients. You'll manage relationships from initial enquiry through to completion, building a strong and sustainable pipeline.

• Qualifying and managing inbound and outbound leads
• Understanding clients' business finance requirements
• Contacting businesses to discuss bespoke funding solutions
• Proactively generating new opportunities through outbound calls
• Attending and leading face-to-face meetings
• Working towards achievable weekly and monthly KPIs
• Maintaining a consistent and healthy sales pipeline
• Delivering excellent aftercare to retain clients and identify cross-sell opportunities

We're looking for someone with energy, resilience, and a consultative sales mindset.

• Minimum 3 years' sales experience (B2B preferred)
• Confident communicator, both written and verbal
• Strong relationship-builder with a customer-first approach
• Highly organised, self-motivated, and target-driven
• Full UK driving licence
• Ambitious and eager to maximise earning potential
