A thriving and expanding finance business in Northampton is seeking a confident and ambitious Junior Broker to join their high-performing team. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering earning potential, structured progression, and a supportive, energetic team culture.
The Role
As a Junior Broker, you will play a key role in converting outbound and inbound enquiries into tailored funding solutions for business clients. You’ll manage relationships from initial enquiry through to completion, building a strong and sustainable pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifying and managing inbound and outbound leads
Understanding clients’ business finance requirements
Contacting businesses to discuss bespoke funding solutions
Proactively generating new opportunities through outbound calls
Attending and leading face-to-face meetings
Working towards achievable weekly and monthly KPIs
Maintaining a consistent and healthy sales pipeline
Delivering excellent aftercare to retain clients and identify cross-sell opportunities
About You
We’re looking for someone with energy, resilience, and a consultative sales mindset.
Minimum 3 years’ sales experience (B2B preferred)
Confident communicator, both written and verbal
Strong relationship-builder with a customer-first approach
Highly organised, self-motivated, and target-driven
Full UK driving licence
Ambitious and eager to maximise earning potential
