• Regional Sales Manager position, selling and surveying a manufactured range of garage door products for a variety of domestic situations.
• Spend 20% of time based from home with 80% on the road.
• Manage 10-15 sales surveyors across the region.
• Coaching sales surveyors while accompanying on surveys, producing KPIs and reviewing performance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service during garage door surveys, providing expert product knowledge, accurate measurements, tailored quotes and closing sales.
• Collaborate closely with installation and closing sales teams.

• Experience in a field‑based role.
• Experience in people management.
• Ideally sales experience with a made‑to‑measure product.
• Preferably roller door experience; backgrounds such as windows, doors, blinds, KBB or related considered.
• Drivers licence.
• Autonomous in nature.
• Strong people skills.
