This graduate programme is designed to train you to become a high-performing salesperson in asset finance. You will develop consultative, solution-based selling skills and learn to create tailored finance packages for customers. The role focuses on building long-term sales capabilities rather than purely transactional telesales, with progression through the programme leading toward senior roles.

• Minimum 2:1 degree in business studies, economics, or a similar field
• Comfortable speaking to B2B clients on the phone
• Experience in customer service, sales, logistics, or coordination that involved negotiation and sales is valued
• Recent graduates (A-levels and above) who have completed their degree or Masters within the last 1–3 years or current undergraduates due to graduate by May/June 2026, with a predicted minimum 2:1
• Strong desire to develop a career in sales with a consultative, solution-selling approach

Guaranteed salary of £36,000 throughout training. Six-figure earnings potential after progression into more senior roles.
