While we’re currently based in Hayes, we will soon be moving to our new home in Earls Barton—marking an exciting new chapter for our bakery.

As a Senior Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for managing a small team of Sales Representatives and helping drive business growth through strong customer relationships, efficient team leadership and strategic planning. You will act as the key liaison between the sales team and other departments such as production, logistics and customer service to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.

• Leading and supporting the sales team to hit performance and revenue targets
• Coordinating the sales cycle across the supply chain: orders, production, quality and delivery
• Developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers
• Handling client inquiries and resolving issues quickly and professionally
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
• Staying on top of market trends and competitor activity
• Delivering training, guidance and regular team check‑ins
• Analysing data, preparing reports and sharing performance insights
• Acting as the go‑to person for all things sales‑related in the Polish customer segment.

• Fluency in both Polish and English (spoken and written)
• Proven experience in a Sales role, ideally within a Polish product‑focused business
• Experience managing or leading a small team
• Excellent communication, negotiation and people skills
• A customer‑first mindset with a strong commercial drive
• Highly organised, analytical and results‑driven
• Knowledge of the UK bakery sector or FMCG is a strong advantage
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Full UK driving licence.

• Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
• Prior experience working with Polish businesses in the UK
