Area to be covered:
Flexible, ideally Central or South East.

Remuneration: £50,000 – £55,000 + Commission (to be confirmed)

Benefits: £5,000 car allowance (possible company car) + additional benefits.

• Field sales position, selling a range of distributed paint & coatings.
• All time spent selling to paint & decorators, main & sub‑contractors.
• Target turnover in year 2: £750k – £1m.
• Majority of time generating new business, with some accounts assigned.

• Field sales experience in the paint & coating sector.
• Track record of selling to paint & decorators, main & sub‑contractors.
• Ready to hit the ground running.
• Outgoing, empathetic, and charismatic.
