Lead Generator at Commercial

Salary: Up to £30,000 DOE plus commission

Location: Northampton

Workplace: Office-based

Contract: Permanent contract

• Generate and qualify leads through internal systems, external platforms and social media.
• Research and network proactively to secure meetings with decision‑makers in target accounts.
• Maintain and update CRM data, track leads accurately, and report on performance metrics.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales team to ensure lead quality and maximise conversion rates.
• Support marketing campaigns and follow‑up activities to drive engagement.

• Previous experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or sales support is ideal, but we welcome candidates from high‑volume, phone‑based customer service or sales roles.
• Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner and resilience.
• Experience engaging with B2B & corporate clients will be useful.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong IT skills and experience using CRM systems.

• Competitive salary up to £30,000 DOE + uncapped commission.
• Hybrid option after probation (2 days WFH).
• 8am – 4:30pm Monday to Friday.
• 23 days holiday + bank holidays.

• Due to the location of our client’s head office you must have your own transport.
