Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 plus bonus (OTE Year 1 £ 40,000 +)

Due to a retirement my client is looking to hire a Parts Advisor to work in a team of 4, where you will be providing parts advice to existing clients who are needing replacement parts for their commercial/plant vehicles.

• Communicate with customer and suppliers
• Develop and follow up enquiries
• Identify customers parts requirements
• Sourcing suppliers, web research
• Improve product knowledge to prepare quotations effectively
• Accept and process customer orders
• Customer / supplier liaison
• Work with key accounts
• Customer and product support - dealing with customers queries / issues

• Customer service / sales experience
• Aptitude and interest to learn about technical parts
• Computer literate, knowledge of basic Word and Excel
• Ability to work on own initiative within a strong team framework
  
  Communicate effectively by Telephone and e-mail

• Monday to Friday
