Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Retail Floor Manager to join a well-established, independent, family-run business, providing specialist clothing to local organisations across Milton Keynes.

This hands-on role is responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of the shop floor, leading a team to deliver excellent customer service and maintain high standards across stock presentation, replenishment, and the overall retail environment.

The position offers long-term stability within a business known for its strong reputation and supportive senior management team.

• Minimum of 2 years' experience of managing a team of retail assistants within any retail sector
• Possess first class customer service skills to the full broad spectrum of the public
• Have strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including excellent spoken and written English
• Knowledge of visual merchandising principles and retail operations
• Ability to successfully deal with resistance to change, communication gaps, and process inefficiencies
