As the Shop Manager you set the tone for the shop, creating an entertaining environment that customers love, while leading your team to reach store targets and providing full operational support and direction.

Ensure a best‑in‑class experience for every Paddy Power customer. Your passion for technology will help you and your team promote our online and retail products and services.

• Know the business by engaging with the local community and competitors to gain market insights.

• Ensure the shop adheres to Social Responsibility commitments and all operational procedures, including cash management.
• Empower your team to uphold and maintain shop presentation standards.

Build strong, positive relationships with customers and create an enjoyable environment that punters love and return to. Mentor and guide your team to deliver excellent customer service face‑to‑face and over the phone while cross‑selling retail and online products and services.
