Quality Manager

We are pleased to be working with an established and diverse manufacturing organisation to recruit a new Quality Manager to the business. Based at their site in Northampton, this person will lead the quality function and team for the company. As Quality Manager, your role will include:
 
Managing a team of six quality professionals and supporting in their roles
Reporting to the Plant Manager and taking ownership of Quality on site
Managing the Quality Management System to ensure compliance to ISO 9001 and IATF 1694
Supporting teams internal with investigations and problem solving
Create and maintain department objectives and KPIs
Supporting the Supplier Quality Engineer to ensure high standards and carry out supply quality engineer
Working with the warrantee team to ensure a quality service and address concerns where necessary  

To be considered for this role you should have:

Experience with in the manufacturing or automotive industries
Understanding of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949
An auditing qualification is highly desirable
Experience in a Quality Management role
