Northampton (hybrid working 1-2 days per week in the office)
- Full-time, permanent position
- Salary £25,000 - £26,000 per annum + quarterly bonus structure

The RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to grow your career in digital marketing within a supportive agency environment. As a Junior Digital Marketing Executive, you'll support SEO and PPC campaigns, contribute to content creation and gain hands‑on experience across multi‑channel marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Support PPC campaigns including keyword research, setup and optimisation
- Assist with on‑page SEO, website updates and content publishing
- Write and edit blog posts, social media content and ad copy
- Conduct research into search trends and AI marketing tools
- Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated digital strategies
- Take part in training sessions to develop your marketing skills
You’ll be a motivated and detail‑focused individual with a genuine interest in digital marketing, SEO and paid media. This role suits someone looking to develop their career within a fast‑paced agency.
About you:
- Basic understanding of SEO and PPC principles
- Interest or experience in content writing or social media marketing
- Familiarity with platforms such as Google Ads or Google Analytics (desirable)
- Analytical mindset with confidence reviewing data
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organised, proactive and eager to learn
- Interest in AI and emerging digital marketing trends
- Hybrid working (1–2 days per week in Northampton office)
