At The Marketing Studio, were looking for a Campaign Strategist to join our team. In this role, youll collaborate with marketers to shape and execute campaigns that truly resonate with target audiences and drive measurable results. How you'll make an impact Collaborate with marketers to define campaign goals, timelines, target audiences, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business objectives and audience needs. Oversee the execution of multi-channel campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and traditional media, ensuring consistency in messaging and delivery. Work closely with creative teams to produce engaging content and assets that resonate with target audiences.

Monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and provide actionable insights to optimise results. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies to enhance campaign strategies. About You A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Experience in creating and managing marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results. The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.

A creative and analytical mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement. Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies. Experience in the insurance or financial services industry would be a plus. Right to work in the UK.
