We are recruiting a Production Line Operative (Afternoon Shift)

Monday‑Friday | 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Are you hands‑on, reliable, and looking for a role where every day makes a difference? We're looking for a motivated Production Line Operative to join our friendly manufacturing team. You'll operate filling and packing lines, help support a small team on shift, and play a key role in keeping our production running smoothly.

• Running manual and automated filling and packing machinery
• Setting up lines, completing changeovers, and carrying out clean‑downs
• Supporting up to three colleagues on the packing line, helping organise tasks and workflow
• Monitoring safety, quality, output and waste, ensuring targets are met
• Preparing materials and components to keep production moving efficiently
• Completing production and quality documentation accurately
• Keeping your work area clean, organised and safe
• Communicating clearly with colleagues and escalating issues when needed
• Taking part in daily briefings and continuous improvement activities

• Experience in a production, filling, or packing environment
• Comfortable working as part of a small team
• Good numeracy and basic IT skills
• Able to follow procedures and work safely
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Manufacturing experience preferred but not essential
• A proactive, positive, problem‑solving mindset
