£45,000 Basic + Overtime - Benefits + Training

Monday - Friday
-Day Shift - 40 Hours

Overtime After 40 Hours - Time + Half

The Role

As a Welder / Fabricator, you will be heavily involved in the manufacture of new machinery and plant equipment. This is a varied and hands-on role where no two projects are the same.

Key Responsibilities

* Fabrication and welding of bespoke machinery and heavy industrial equipment

* MIG and/or TIG welding (dependent on experience) on mild and structural steel

* Building complete machinery assemblies from technical drawings

* Interpreting detailed engineering drawings and specifications

* Working collaboratively with design and technical teams to refine product designs

* Ensuring all work meets quality, safety, and engineering standards

* Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the workshop
