CNC Miller

We are currently recruiting for an experienced CNC Miller to join a well-established precision engineering company based in Northampton. This is a permanent, day-shift position offering a competitive salary and long-term stability.

As a CNC Miller, you will be responsible for programming, setting, and operating CNC milling machines using Fanuc controls
, producing high-quality precision components to tight tolerances.

• Programming, setting, and operating CNC milling machines
• Editing and proving out programs at the machine
• Working from engineering drawings and specifications
• Producing high-precision components to exact tolerances
• Carrying out basic inspections using measuring equipment
• Maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and housekeeping

• Proven experience as a CNC Miller (programmer, setter, operator)
• Strong knowledge of Fanuc controls
• Ability to program at the machine (G-code experience preferred)
• Experience working with tight tolerances and complex components
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and quality-focused

• Salary between £35,000 – £42,000 (dependent on experience)
