Immediate Start – Machine Operatives Wanted in Desborough! Temp to Perm | £12.95/hr starting | Pay increase after Training

Are you looking for a long-term opportunity with great potential and a supportive team? We’re hiring Machine Operatives to join a busy production site in Desborough. This is a 12-week temp-to-perm role with full training provided and excellent prospects for growth.

• 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

• Operating machinery as part of a team
• Manual handling and production tasks
• Maintaining high standards of quality and safety

• Previous machine operative experience is a bonus, but not essential
• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• A reliable team player ready to hit the ground running

• Immediate start
• Full training provided
• Pay increase after successful probation and machine sign-off
