Permanent Role:
Residential Groundworks Contracts Manager
£70,000 to £100,000 p.a plus benefits.
Career OpportunityAn experienced Contracts Manager looking to progress in a growing Midlands-based company expanding operations. The company’s ideal location allows convenient commutes for local projects.
Duties- Monitoring progression on site and day-to-day operations on projects
- Continually managing performance against contracts programme
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Producing monthly updates to the Operations Director on project performance
- Arranging resources for project delivery
- SMSTS certification
- Ability to commute as and when required
- Experience working in residential groundworks as a Contracts Manager
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- £70,000 to £100,000 p.a.
- Car allowance / Company car
- Paid Holiday
- Pension Scheme
